Julieen Toulotte, 24, pleaded guilty to one count each of distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography in November, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. A judge on Thursday, March 9, sentenced him to 104 months in prison followed by five years of probation, and he must pay restitution to several underage victims. Officials did not specify the amount.
Police began investigating Toulotte in January 2021 when he spoke with an undercover agent online he believed was a 15-year-old girl. He sent her multiple nude photos of himself and encouraged her to reciprocate, authorities said. He also pressed to meet her in person.
Later that month, Toulotte sent child porn to another undercover agent online who he'd spoken with in the past, the prosecutor said. He sent more the next month.
Police raided homes in Ipswich and Boston where Toulotte lived and found 385 videos and 320 pictures of child pornography on several electronic devices, authorities said.
Toulotte faced up to 40 years in prison.
